My friend's Honda has had air conditioning problems for several years but the dealer kept saying this or that had to be adjusted...and nothing worked. At D&D the guy explained that Honda's knob design had been awkward and caused problems (the design has since been changed). So, for an $8.00 knob, the problem is solved. A very good place to trust.

In 150,000 miles on one car and 50,000 miles on the other (5 years plus overall) have had to go back only once - turned out to be a bad rebuilt part. They are always availavle for an emergency and I feel ther prices are always honest - if not low. Several times I have gone away with a zero dollar bill. Guess they down't have boat payments!!!

I have a 1983 Honda Civic which these guys are happy to see and they've kept it healthy for over 14 years. The local big volume dealer would laugh and charge an arm and a leg to work on it. Dennis, the owner of D&D, was once their top mechanic.

These folks are the best. It's one of the places where you drop off your car and tell them to fix it and not have to worry to be taken advantage of. Will never do extra work.
