I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this shop. Every time I had my Saab worked on at this shop "something else" always broke, or the car was returned with new scratches. Once, when I was driving home from a "repair", the hose came off the turbo, had to have the vehicle towed back (which I was charged for), and they charged me 300 bucks to put a plastic clamp on - because the old one had broken. Interestingly enough, the dealership broke the clamp when they replaced the distributor. These guys (service "advisors") are a bunch of crooks. The parts department, on the other had, is run very well. Always courteous and responsive.
