They recently replaced the oil sending unit on my Plymoouth
Voyager. Within 30 minutes of leaving their shop, my oil
pressure light came on. I called them from my cell phone
and they told me to come right back in. They picked up a
replacement part and within an hour had me back on the road.
Apparently, this is part is very often defective from the
start and needs to be replaced.

They are very honest and provide necessary information for
required repairs. Work is performed in a timely manner and
usually ahead of schedule. Prices are reasonable and
competitive. They have always been very good at explaining
the problem needing repaired.

This is a family owned business that has been in operation
for more than 50 years. Currently three sons are workin
as mechanics in the shop and the shop is owned jointly by
the sons and dad. They are a great bunch of people and
totally reliable. They have been doing service and
mechanic work on my vehicles since 1978 and I trust them
completely.

I have never been treated better at a service center.
Friendly, fast service with repairs made in a very timely
manner. Only the work that was needed was done and the
rates were fair. One small problem requiring the resetting
of the HVAC system was taken care of free of charge...I
know our local dealer where we originally purchased the
vehicle charges $35 for this reset, When I picked up our
vehicle it had been washed and looked better than it has in
years, no extra charge. It is refreshing to find a business
that still cares about its customers and goes the extra
mile. I am very impressed with this family business and
they are now our nechanics for all future auto repair needs.

When I moved to Omaha, I needed a good mechanic for my
older vehicles and tried several places for repairs and
was consistantly disapointed. I found Havers listed on the
Car Talk Website and gave them a try. Now, they are the
only place I will take my cars. They are honest, do
excelent work and don't try talk you into things you don't
need. I had blown an engine and they worked to find the
lowest price for a replacement. They gave me several
options and gave me pros and cons of each.
