They are a well known shop. I took my car in for some simple work on a electric window. The reason I picked the shop. The Omaha World-Herald had an article (years ago) about a football fan getting her car scratched up at a game. That does not go well in this state. Days later the Omaha World-herald ran a follow up article from the owner of the damaged car...she said she got a call from the shop and they took a look at her car. They refinished her whole car and topped it off with a $2000 paint job. Did not charge her a penny. Now you know why you hear about this shop!

To say that over the years Mark and the people who work there have saved me $1000's in car repairs in no overstatement. THere have been many times when I was told by another shop that something needed to be done that wasn't necessary. I have had them do jobs for as much as 50% less than others wanted to do the same job. If they do something wrong, they fix it, no charge. Once I dropped the car off for an oil change and the mechanic had failed to write in the appointment so he didn't know why the car was there. He didn't call to find out. WHen I came to pick the car up, the work was not done. Mark was so upset that he had me bring it in the next day and the oil change was free. The reason that I started going there is that, while at Worlds of Fun, some one had written profanity on my trunk with a key. In getting bids to repaint it, I stopped at Charlie Graham's and got an estimate from Mark. Others were asking $320 to do the job. Mark bid $200 for the job. I was surprised. The real shock came when he told me that he didn't want me driving around with that on my car. He said that if I would leave it, he would sand the trunk, and then put ptimer on it. If I wanted him to finish the job, he would, but that he wouldn't charge me for that. I drove out without paying anything for that and as far as he knew, I wouldn't be back. Obviously, I did come back and have been doing so for years. I cold tell you other great stories. I have no hesitency in taking my car in and saying "fix it" and know that only necessary work will be done. I have even gone in and told him I need a car (they deal in some used cars) and the just driven it out without ever driving it, just on his say. Great people!!

These guys are good. They've worked on my family's autos for years and we've never had a problem.
