I have come to them with ideas of what I think the problem may be, and many times I have been wrong. On these times, they've found that there is either no problem, or something diffent. When there wasn't a problem, they did not charge me at all. My family owns four cars, and it's understandable that we run in to problems from time to time. A month without a visit to our mechanic, who we know on a first-name-basis, is like driving on an empty gas-tank. It's no fun at all.

Alternator went out shortly after they installed a new one and they replaced it quickly and happily. Always take time to give a good estimate of charges and usually come in under estimate.

They are usually able to figure out the problem on the first visit. I have had a couple of visits where it took them a couple of days but the car wouldn't cooperate and "act up" when I would take it in. They were persistent in finding the problems though and fixed them the same or next day and one of them was a difficult job. Will continue to do my business at Parkway 66. I have been taking my vehicles there for about 7 years and will continue in the future.
