First of all, I've owned 8 Isuzu Troopers..(no comments please)racking up somewhere in the neighborhood of 680,000 miles on them. Jim is one of those mechanics that doesn't say much, until you ask him a specific question. Then he'll quote you "chapter and verse" about the manner of maintainance or repair! He's the kind of mechanic who will call me up and tell me that "you really don't need" to do this or that... "it looked fine and could wait till your next service". In this day of "quick lubes" and faceless service... Jim's a throughback... I've never picked up my Trooper from any repair or service that he hasn't taken the time to wash all the windows on the INSIDE, vaccume the interior and run the unit through their car wash! And all at very competative prices!

Mike, the service manager there is honest and up front. Along with my 06 Pontiac that goes there for maintenance I take my 82 year old aunts 1992 Chevy Lumina car out there for maintenance and repair work. There prices are competitive and their "customer service" is second to none. They do it right the first time.
