A good honest shop.

They made an error when fixing a problem on my car. They
took the time to explain the error, and made the necessary
repairs. I will always take my vehicles to them because of
their honesty.

My 93 Ford Escort timing belt went out and while they were
replacing it they asked if I minded whether or not they
changed the water pump. It had been making noise that I had
lived with for about 3 days.
When I hesitated, the mechanic said that it would be cheaper
to do both at the same time. I appreciated their candor.
Their prices were competitive with other repair shops.
They are plesant, competent, and price competitively.

They are conservative in their approach to repair.
Nothing is repaired unless needed and they do not charge
to analyze a problem. They are very accomodating to
individual time restraints.

They replaced the fuel pump in the gas tank and then found
out that the new pump was also bad. They went through the
whole job again with out extra charge.

We found Bellevue Tire and Auto in 2006 through this
website. We were new to the area and needed a good mechanic.
Let me just say when we moved out of the area 3 months ago,
after 5 years of having them work on our multiple cars, we
were sad to say goodbye. If there wasn't a problem, they
often didn't charge us for checking it out. One day a random
drunk driver pulled through their lot and hit our car. When
the shop owner, Larry, heard the driver was uninsured, he
called us to say he wanted to pay our deductible. He was not
liable, and we hadn't asked him. This place is one in a million!
