Family Business. Excellent. No "screw-ups" ever. Besides helping my 1990 Mazda MPV V6 AWD live until euthaniasia about three years ago, helped tremendously with a troublesome 1999 Volvo V70R awd (since traded). Appropriate coordination with out of town dealers for warranty work. I now have a 2001 Audi Allroad V6tt AWD auto and a 2001 Toyota Highlander Limited V6 AWD auto - both extremely reliable. These choices helped by input from this great shop. A resounding endorsement!!!

Great shop, great guys. They have helped me keep my fleet of vehicles (I have three teen-agers; you know that leads to the "fleet" comment) purring contentedly along through thick and thin.

Cannot answer "screw up" question on survey...They have never screwed up in eight years, with my 1990 Mazda MPV V6 AWD, my 2001 Audi Allroad 2.7 twin turbo, or my Toyota Highlander V6 AWD Limited. A great shop.

We are relatively new to Bismarck,ND and when the dealer told us ~$3800.00 for a new cylinder head on my 99 Honda CR-V we thought we'd look around for a second opinion. After talking to a number of people you recommended we picked Cal's Car Clinic. Cal's thought we could just replace the valves for ~$1100.00 instead of the whole head. If we did have to replace the head it was cheaper than the dealer's estimate. We took it in and had two valves replaced for $999.00. What a relief not to have to flip for a new head, particularly days after Christmas. Thanks for the recommendation! Liz Anderson

They have kept an ancient and much loved Audi running smoothly thru many "Audi Gremlins". Saved me many trips to the dealer 200 miles away.
