I came in late on a Saturday afternoon when inspections were
coming due, so I had lots of opportunities to observe these
guys interact with customers. They obviously had good
relationships with lots of different kinds of people. To cap
it all, somebody came in with something that would run them
well over their quitting time. They consulted among
themselves and one of them decided to stay over long enough
to fix the problem so the man could have a safe and working
car over the weekend.

this is our mechanic of choice, mainly because of the hours.
They often give us bad news (fixing my son's car) so it is
hard to give them a completely fair shake. The few times we
have had others look at something they have diagnosed with a
high price, they were correct.
