Steele is a Honda and Acura specialist. He does terrific work. He has worked on our cars for years and he is the kind of guy who only recommends necessary work. He is thorough and honest. I couldn't ask for a better mechanic.

Steele is a one man shop that will only work on Hondas. He is a former Honda tech. I no longer own a Honda, but I REALLY wanted to get a Honda for no other reason than to be able to keep him as my mechanic. He is not a talkative guy, but he is as honest as the day is long. He never upsells any repairs. In fact, he is conservative in what he will do. If a repair NEEDS doing, he will do it fast, well and affordably. If he thinks something can wait, he will offer that as the preferred alternative. I can't say enough about him. I bet you won't get a loaner, though we never tried as we always dropped the car off the previous night and picked up at the end of the day. The waiting area is tiny and sparse so I wouldn't hang there for a long time if I could help it. So that dealership-loaner-air conditioned waiting area with drinks thing is not happening. But if you want a no-nonsense mechanic who is priced well and really competent, go with Steele. We miss him.
