My first experience with this shop was an attempt to correct a botched repair job. The analysis was timely, accurate and reasonably priced. Since this shop specializes in Chrysler products, it quickly became my shop of choice. Paul and Ed are always willing to take the time to do a thorough problem analysis and explain the work needed. They have been very accomodating in working on the Chrysler Minivans that my wife and I use to transport our handicapped son. My wife does not normally like dealing with mechanics but she has not had a problem with the great mechanics at ProTech. I recommend them highly.

I want to let everyone know about my experiences at Pro
Tech. Wade and all of the other employees are great! They
are honest, friendly, professional, and have reasonable
prices. They have worked on my 2003 Chevrolet 2500
HD Silverado and my 1989 Volvo 740 GL. When I brought my
truck in I thought I just needed new breaks. It turns out I
needed new wheel bearings. They took the time to show me
the old bearings and explained everything. The best part,
and the reason Pro Tech is my new mechanic, is because they
told me I really didn't need new breaks. I still had about
10,000 miles left on the pads! They proved their honesty by
not trying to con me into something I didn't really need.

I brought my '92 Plymouth Voyager to have the brakes
checked. The mechanic found the rear shoes had been
installed incorrectly and the parking brake strut (for
left/right proportioning) had been left off. The shoddy
work had been done by a regional car care chain ten years
ago.
The cost for repairs was reasonable with very good
explanation about what was wrong.
In the future I will take my minivan to this shop for any
repairs beyond basic maintenance, which I handle.

When I had an old Dodge Caravan that had a spring break on
the emergency brake Paul went and got one off of an old
Carvan on his lot and installed it quickly on mine, for
free! He said I would be coming back later when I needed
work done and he didn't even want to charge me for this
work. He has done several other small jobs for free that
he didn't even want to charge me for. I tell him he needs
to be able to pay his light bill too and he says he would
rather keep me happy. He has. On the rare occasion that
something he has fixed goes wrong he has stood behind it
and made it right. I have had at least different 6 cars in
with him over time. The rare mechanic that you can
recommend 100%!

Used this shop for the first time this week. Am very happy
with the personnel (Wade) and my treatment as a respected,
female customer. He took time to explain issues I have with
my van and recommend what needs immediate attention.
He called when he said he would, finished up on time and
was very considerate of my questions and concerns. My van
is in tip-top shape (he noticed I needed an inspection and
called to ask if he could take care of that for me) I'm
going back - FORGET the dealer!

Driving a 2005 Chrysler Sebring Touring convertible with
75k miles. Although I haven't been in the business for 25
years, I do have 20 years past experience working for and
owning my own independent shops, so I think I may have some
credentials.
The selling-dealer for this vehicle was suspect, and the
replacement dealer is a total money-machine. I finally
found Pro-Tech via this website (and backed-up with a few
other 'rate them' sites), and can highly recommend them.
Have had the car in twice and am extremely happy with
everything about the experience. I have mainly talked with
Wade (the owner), who's very knowledgeable & personable.
The prices are very very reasonable, and more importantly,
the honesty-level seems very high. I've thrown a couple of
curve-balls at them, and they've dealt with those on a very
honest level.
