I enjoy the fact that they are open on Saturdays for service. Any time I've had trouble they are quick to respond and will not do any major work until they talk to me. Overall courteous, not exorbitant, friendly and willing to work you in to their schedule. Heck, I wouldn't go any place else! But again, there's only one car dealer in Tryon and a few other jake-leg mechanics in the area. I'm glad my grease monkies are as good as they are since we are a bit isolated in the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mtns. Thanks, MG Baker

I have used these guys many time for both my Ford Excursion ( now gone to the big graveyard) and my Dodge Ram 2500 4x4. They have done everything from warranty work on the Ford to engine replacement on the Dodge. They have worked with me well and have done everything they said they would. On almost every time they have not only finished the job well but timely and have always been very courteous to me.
