My 1986 Nissan Sentra broke it timing belt resulting in valve damage. At the time, I didn't know the valves were were bent, so I had the car towed to a local Goodyear shop to have the timing belt replaced. It took the Goodyear folks two days to replace the timing belt. They told me that there was indeed some engine damage due to the timing belt breaking. They estimated it would take at least a week and half to order a new head and repair the car. In a panic, I looked up Rising Sun Imports in the yellow pages and noted that they repaired timing belts. I called Rising Sun Imports and talked to Anthony. He told me he had all the parts in stock and could totally repair the faulty engine head the very next day. Being that it was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, Anthony worked on the car the same evening I had the car towed to Rising Sun Imports. He finished the job by noon Wednesday at the exact price he quoted me on the phone. I had my car back before the Thanksgiving Day holiday. I have had additional car repair work done by Anthony at Rising Sun Imports, and have been extremely satisfied with his expert knowledge and professional/courteous treatment. I would recommend those who own Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Mazda, and/or Subaru vehicles to take their car to Rising Sun Imports. They provide an excellent and economic alternative to the car dealer service shop.

I've dealt with Rising Sun Imports since they first started
in business. They have worked on my two Nissans and my
Hyundai. They also worked on my son's 2 Integras and he
will only take his cars to Rising Sun. Once or twice their
quote was higher than other mechanics but not by much and
because I was confident with their work I went with them.
(Being a single parent, I do have to make sure my money is
spent wisely.)
