I've been taking my '96 Honda Odyssey there since I bought it in 2001. It now has 355,000+ miles on it. Before that I've had other work done there. When they replaced the steering rack on my old Chev. Cavalier, they stuck to their quote even though it took them 8 hours instead of the 3.5 hours listed in the book.
