Ralph has always taken good care of my car for a reasonable price. He used to be at the intersection near my house, so I could walk home, but he moved about two miles away. I still take my car to him, despite inconveniences with alternate transportation. He has been particularly helpful since my son started driving four years ago. About a year ago my son sold his practical car and bought an old Toyota 4X4, jacked up, big tire, pick-up, which he drives to the local community college 5 days a week and, yes, takes four- wheeling. As you can imagine there has been no end to the repairs and maintenance on this vehicle since my son bought it, especially when he attempts to fix something himself. Ralph has been very understanding and has saved my son a lot of money.

Rob has ALWAYS been incredibly honest and extemely pleasant to deal with. There are no hidden costs and no surprises with him. He deals with my wife and while she doesn't know a thing about cars, he treats her as if she did.

Will honestly diagnose and explain the problem, even to my wife. Will non-defensively refine the explanation when challenged. Will not charge more than manufacturer's standard repair time, even if it takes him longer. $37 per honest (60 minute) hour, a steal.

Ralph is the best mechanic, ever. He explains my car's problem in language that I can understand. He takes extra effort in solving a problem, even to the point of taking my car to another shop that had scanners that were needed. No fuss, no hassle, no attitude. I've followed him to two different locations and would continue to follow him about town.
