George has worked on cars for me for 25 years. He guarantees his work. I make an appointment and he fixes it that day or gets me a cut-rate car rental. If it will take more than a day, he knows in advance and lets me know. He never lets my car sit around disabled. If a part has to be ordered he can usually anticipate it without disabling my car. If he sees a problem coming up he lets me know so I can schedule repairs because he knows I need dependable transportation. Once my brake pads that he installed wore out in less than a year. He insisted on replacing them. He provides me transportation back and forth if I have to leave the car. His wife runs the office so if I need to wait, there is no bad language used by customers. His prices are NOT CUT RATE, but neither is his work. I am a single woman and he has always been extremely honest with me. Having an honest, competent mechanic has made being single a lot easier for me than it would have been. The shop is clean and neat, I know they are not wasting my money looking for tools. His employees are respectful and friendly. I really can't say enough about how good he is at what he does. And credit where it is due, after a repair, his wife Ann usually calls to make sure everything is OK.
