I have a 1987 740 Volvo wagon that just rolled over 250,000 miles and I have brought it to this shop for the last 10 years, every 5,000 miles. They have the attitude that if it doesn't need fixing now, wait until the next time you bring it in. Cases in point: 1. I have had a leaking seal on my transmission for about 3 or 4 years. The leak wasn't bad enough to be serious and so their advice was to wait until the clutch needed replacing and do it all at once, which they did last week. 2. They told me 15k miles ago that I may need new front brakes next service. They told me that for two more services before it was time to get them replaced. 3. I had an intermittent electrical fault. Every so often I would lose power to the dash lights when I would turn on the head lights. This could not be replicated in the shop, so after about 6 months of this I left it with them and they spent an entire day tracking the problem down (a cracked circuit board). Because they had no idea what was causing this, they split the labor charge with me. Another employee in my office takes his 1982 240 DL to the same shop and his experiences are the same as mine. Highly recommended!

Have been going to Keith and his staff for about ten years, they have worked on my 240DL, 1996 850, 1999 V70. I trust them implicitly to manage the maintenance of my automobiles and take care of my wallet. They have never failed to honor both of those responsibilites for me. The work is done correctly, explained adequately and delivered when promised.I have done all a lot of my own maintenance, including a total rebuild of engines, so I have more than enough knowledge to ensure the accuracy of their statements and I feel very confident in their skills and confident in reccomending them to friends and fellow Volvo owners. My only regret is they won't work on my Subaru!

I've been taking my 2001 Volvo here for a few years now. They are honest and friendly, and have been significantly less expensive than the dealership. (I have compared quotes a few times on bigger jobs.) I have never had any problem with their work, the job was done right the first time. Each time they check over the whole car and let me know what things might need following and might need repairs in the future. Several times they have pointed out something but said not to fix it until it starts giving more problems. It is a pleasure dealing with these folks.
