As above, totally honest, and friendly, and always take time to explain problems with car. Thay also take "walk- ins" when possible, and will handle minor problems without any appointment, usually while you wait. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Any car repair costs are completely justified, and never any question whether necessary or not. I have NEVER heard a cross word at that shop from either the employees/partners, or from customers who always seem to be pleased with the work done. It does not seem that they lose customers, only gain new ones. Their shop is 25-30 minutes from my house, and I could get to other shops a lot quicker, but I would not consider going elsewhere. Cannot recommend them highly enough
