Darnell is the best mechanic and diagnostician. He has an associate degree in auto machanics. He has worked on 5 different cars for me. Honest guy!

I've had nothing but good experiences with Durham Tire. They never do unnecessary work. Once I brought the car in to get my windshield washer fixed and have them check out some vibration in the car. They couldn't find anything wrong re: the vibration and fixed the windshield washer for free. Once they weren't going to be able to complete the work on my car when they said they would b/c they needed to order a part. When I came to pick up the car and explained that I had to have the car for a 4 hour road trip the next day, they used a higher end part, got the job done in an hour and only charged me for the lower end part. If there's a problem, they fix it. If they mess up they rectify if and if it ain't broken, they tell you and don't charge you. I'll never go anywhere else while I live in Durham

When a tire store says, "You don't need new tires" I feel confident they are doing only necessary work.
