The shop is run by a father and son who are very knowledgeable mechanics with over 35 years experience. My first experience was where I came in to get my car inspected at 5:15 in the afternoon. The 1983 Chevy Camaro had failed at two other places due to high hydrocarbons, so I wasn't hopeful but my 30 day extension from the last try was about to run out. The son (Robert) said it failed but he could try to adjust the carburetor to get it passing. While running it to make the adjustment it ran out of gas in the garage (the gas guage doesn't work too well). Jim let me borrow his car so that I could drive to get gas in my gas can so they could finish the job. Well, he made the adjustment, the car passed and Jim only charged me $45 for the inspection and adjustment. I kept them an hour over their closing time of 5:30pm and it was Jim's wedding anniversary to boot. That was my first experience and I've never had any less service when I've come back. They are just really nice guys and will tell you if they don't know or can't fix it in the time you need it.
