The owner is a very honest guy and will only tell you what your car needs to be fixed, and will let you know what may need to be done in the furture. The shop is vey clean and neat which means alot to me. I can alway depend on Euro Cars for great advice I can trust.

I took my 2002 BMW 325i to Euro Cars in Charlotte for suspension work. My primary reason for selecting this shop was their reputation for good work, and the price which was about 50% off the BMW dealer. Jeff (the owner) gave me a quick appointment. His guy performed the work while I was waiting. While I was waiting, a few customers came in. I could tell they were repeat customers which is always a good sign. This shop does not charge dealer prices, nor does it offer dealer amenities. There are no loaner cars, coffee, internet connection nor a waiting room for that matter. Just an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guy and his mechanic who just want to do a good job from what I could tell. If you are waiting, you kind of have to hang out in Jeff's office or around the garage. For that reason, I would suggest dropping your car off if you go there.
