I started regularly taking my BMW X5 to Renaissance after they quickly diagnosed and fixed a problem that had stumped another BMW shop over the course of several visits. I have been exceptionally happy with Renaissance and have complete confidence in them. I highly recommend them for BMWs. They have done many repairs on my trouble prone X5 and their work has been consistently excellent. My significant other, Lynn, has been taking her Hondas to Renaissance for over 15 years and has nothing but positive things to say about them. In fact, it was Lynn that recommended them to me. My only major complaint, is that it is not easy to spell "Renaissance."

Renaissance is probably the only car care center that I have ever trusted and I do trust them implictly. They have always treated us fair and with respect. As an example, we have an 87 BMW and a couple of years ago the temperature gauge went haywire. It wasn't over heating but the gauge was always reading hot. Since I drove it long distances, I wanted it fixed so that I would know when/if it did over heat (by the way, why can't they make a thermostat that, when it fails it, sticks open instead of closed?!?!?). The guys at Renaissance really worked hard to diagnose the problem, which was no small task with it being an older car and prone to electrical problems. And they stood behind their work, when I later had a problem with the work they happily fixed it. Did I mention that we lived 6 hours away at the time and I still drove to them to have the work done - they are THAT good. If you need auto work in the Triangle area of NC I hope that you will give them a try.

My family has gone to Renaissance for years. We trust them completely to do whatever needs doing, without ripping us off. Once, when my dad was out of town, my mom drove up, handed them the keys, and said "It's broken. Fix it." They did. Cheaply.
