These guys towed me and my U-haul trailer from an accident that happened while I was moving to town, and I've been with them ever since. The got a new axel on my outfit in two days (for a 10-year-old truck) so I could start work. Since then they've done excellent work, including a pre- purchase inspection on a car that I eventually bought. Their knowledge helped me get a good deal from the car dealer. No loaners, but they'll give you a ride home and back to the shop to pick up your car.

If you're ever in or near Butte, MT and need automotive service, I can recommend the nice people at Gilboy's. Last summer (July, 2009) I had my car serviced, including an oil change, by my regular mechanic in western Oregon before driving to Minnesota. The second day on the road, several hundred miles from home and nearing the Continental Divide just east of Butte, the improperly installed oil pan plug fell off my car, all the oil drained out and the engine siezed. This happened about noon on a Friday afternoon and I was trying to get to Minnesota ASAP due to a family emergency. The tow truck driver AAA sent (from Whitehall Towing) recommended Gilboy's, which provided help, sympathy and support; verified that the engine was ruined and worked with my regular mechanic back home, and with his insurance company, to get me into a rental car and back on the road by about 4:30 that afternoon. Laurie, at the front desk, helped arrange for the rental car and even helped me unload luggage from my disabled car and and load it into the trunk of the rental. She stayed in regular touch with me by phone while I was in Minnesota and when I returned two weeks later she helped me unload the rental and re-load my own car, which now had a new/used engine that the insurance company had paid them for. The work they did was excellent and these months later, the car is still running well. These kind, competent and friendly people helped make an extremely distressing situation as comfortable for me as they could.
