Our daughter, whose student husband was out-of-town, needed a reliable shop to get her aged car repaired. Bill's was recommended by one of the busy shops I called. Although the engine computer was saying the alternator was bad, he took the time to use an hygrometer on each cell of the battery and determined the problem was actually caused by some shorted cells in the battery. If he'd been dishonest, he could have put in an alternator, too. He said his specialty for the last 25 years is Jeeps, but was confident he could get my daughter's Dodge Caravan running again.

Great mechanic. Bill is very competent and diligent. My
problem was entirely fixed less than two hours after I
called. He was happy and proud to explain to me everything I
needed to know about the problem I had to solve. He is
talented, experienced, and likes to communicate and explain
what happens.

Back when I lived in Bozeman, I called on Bill for several
repairs on my Jeep Cherokee. He always explained things to
me very well, and the prices were always very fair and
reasonable, even lower than the original estimate once. I
felt he took care of my Jeep as if I was a member of his
family, so as a woman I didn't feel taken advantage of.
