Russell and Karen are extremely friendly and professional. They go out of their way to help their customers. A friend recommended them to me and now when asked, I pass along folks to them too.

I was complaining about a mechanic to some friends and they told me to go to Pineapple. I did and have never regretted it. Russell and Karen keep track of all aspects of your car and have helped us keep cars going that otherwise would be long dead. One thing: do not expect Pineapple will cut corners. He will only do a first-rate job or he won't do it. So, some of his work is more expensive than can be done elsewhere (i.e., brake jobs), but you have to decide what the margin of safety is for you. I choose to pay for quality. In the long run it has been much cheaper!!

Ok, I am a friend; but the friendship was developed after my initial experiences as a customer. As a 37 year old who has owned many varieties of automobiles in all kinds of shape, I have NEVER come across a more competent and honest repair shop than this one. If you live in the Billings area and you do not use Pineapple and Karen to maintain and repair your vehicles, you are losing out. Absolutely the MOST competent repair shop. Professional, courteous and thorough. I had to move out of Montana and one of the worst things about the move is no Pineapple to fix my vehicles :( The single time I did not listen to guessed it...I regretted it. He was right!!
