Jerry is always willing & able to locate parts (new & used). In fact He can sometimes find them right at Metric Wrench and his prices are extremely reasoable. He can always give you fair estimates on future work and is honest about labor charges.

I have had two repairs done at this shop. They have always
come in below their own estimate and their estimate has
always been competitive with other estimates I have received
for the same work. Jerry is a wonderful person and goes out
of his way to explain what is causing the problem and to
make sure it is fixed right. I would send my mother to this
place (but she lives 1,000 miles away!).
