Often declines to fix or replace things judging them to have additional life in them. Always looks for inexpensive ways to approach problem. Fixes or checks out small items gratis. Good honest fellow.

I agree. I used Rudy for years. Still would but I moved
away fron the area. Honest, doesnt fix things that dont
need it. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
