They only work on SAABS and are real SAAB enthusiasts. If you have a problem with a SAAB, this is THE place to go in this area. They have a large supply of authentic SAAB parts in stock, as well as used SAABs to sell. They are also now an authorized SAAB service facility. They aren't generally too busy, so they'll get you back on the road real quick. It's a family business--husband, wife, and son- -and you'll generally receive personal service. They'll generally give you a ride to work. And sometimes loan you a car. I have also found it convenient that they work till 600 pm at least. My only complaint is that their prices are relatively high.

I live in NW Arkansas & have had one or more SAABs in my garage since 1980. I tried all the SAAB service shops within 300 miles, plus Dallas, Houston & others in Texas. I was never more than marginally satisfied with the service I got until I found Taliaferro in 1991. They have never disappointed me and have often gone out of their way to accommodate my needs. I bought a '99 9-3 from them 6 years ago & have been quite satisfied with it. It's a rather long haul (about 230 miles), but a nice drive to their shop, which, by the way, is very easy to find even if you aren't familiar with the area. I find their prices quite reasonable, too and they rarely screw things up.
