What great service! We tell everyone we know and would not go anywhere else!

One of the reasons the owner of this shop went into business is because there was no shop in town he could trust to have his wife take her car in for repairs herself. Honesty is paramount with Rollins Automotive.

I have had excellent work done here. This shop is as clean as a doctors office! They even call Greg, the owner, Doctor Rollins! Greg warrantied some parts another shop installed incorrectly for me. I tell everyone to use these guys.

My daughter is a student at MU. Her car broke down while she was in Jeff City. Based on the recommendation from this website, I had her take the car to Rollins. They were very respectful of her and fixed the problem promptly, honestly and at a reasonable price. My daughter was very pleased, and so was I.

The first trip I made to Rollins was by a referral. I had my oil changed. They took me home, worked on the car and then picked me up later. When I got to the shop, I found out that they also rotated the tires on my car, at no charge! All that for 25 bucks! The second trip was after I had my car inspected somewhere else and it didn't pass. The estimate to repair was over 800 dollars. I had Rollins schedule it for the work. After I dropped my car off I received a call from Greg, the owner, and he informed me that some of the items that had been quoted were not a part of the inspection. I stopped at his shop at lunch and looked at my car and talked to Greg about the repairs. We fixed what I needed, and it only cost 160 dollars. I'll go back and I tell everyone I know to go to Rollins.

A chain auto shop told me I needed to get all 4 struts replaced on my 2006 car, estimated at $1200. I sought a 2nd opinion, & Rollins diagnosed & fixed the problem for less than $40 (wheel balance). They even took the time to explain to me what to look for in tire wear, and provided pick-up service (mechanic drove my car back to the shop after dropping me off work, then picked me up when service was done)! Super nice & helpful. I will be back for sure.
