I have a 1997 Ford F350. The glow plugs were in poor
condition before I went on vacation in Branson MO. It was
very cold that night (8 deg.). Saturday morning my truck
would not start at all. No one was able to get it that day;
everyone was saying Monday or Tuesday. A local person gave me
this company card and said they did road side service. So I
called and talked to Doug and told him the problem. He was at
our motel within a half hour. He did some testing. Pulled
a glow plug, tested it. Then left, and was back in a half
hour. He changed out all plugs in a hour and a half. The
glow plug was under the valve covers. He only charged me
$198.00 that included parts. So, I later went to the parts
store after getting home, priced the plugs (13.28 each). I
have more work that needs to be done and I'm thinking about taking my truck
back to him. Besides, he is nice, does good work, and is a former Army
Mechanic. I am now in the Marine Reserve. Hope to see him again!
