A friend of mine was having definite problems with her car stalling as she backed out of her driveway. Whenever it was towed to a shop, however, it ran just fine and drove like a champ. When I suggested Bob's, she took it there-they replaced some things, gave some suggestions as to possible problems and thought that it was fixed. That next day it stalled in the driveway again. The mechanic who had worked on her car ('80's Mazda) came to her house that evening and looked at it in her driveway; then promised to come over on the weekend if it did it again. I do not remember how they ended up fixing the problem, but they made a customer for life from my friend, and from myself as well. I have always been treated with respect when I've taken my Nissan in, and know that, if, for some unusual reason, they don't do it right the first time, they will stick with it (with a positive attitude) until I am satisfied that the problem is corrected. A good man, a good team.

We've been using Bob's since we returned to Columbia 10 years ago. Our kids used him for their cars while in college, as did their out-of-town college friends who needed a recommendation. Several years ago, Mizzou played in the Holiday Bowl in San Diego. My and I went; Bob still has the banner hanging in the office from that game.

We live in Wisconsin. Our daughter is in college in Columbia, and her '90 Gutless Cutlass needed work. Who to trust 10 hrs away from home. Got this shop off your site. We were visiting down there, so we went to Bob. He felt right, took the time to listen to our problems, and assured us he would take care of our daughter, as we were leaving for Wisconsin the next day. We were more than satisfied. Bob was honest, friendly, fixed the problems, and made some service suggestions for the future. Based on our experience, we'd recommend him and his staff to anyone.
