Woodard's has been a wonderful resource for us since we moved to St. Louis from Cambridge, MA (Yes, "our fair city") 3 years ago. They are always helpful and polite, we trust their opinion, and they will tell us if they think something needs to be done right now, soon, or at some time in the future. Two years ago, we hydroplaned off an exit ramp in our old car, resulting in a bent frame. Woodard's let us keep the car at their shop for a full week until we could arrange to donate it to charity and never charged us a penny for storage, even though parking is sometimes tight at their location.

They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for less than expected.

Dennis Woodard is a tremendously conscientious mechanic and service station owner. He and his staff are timely and reliable when dealing with the day-to-day, and just the same, if not better, in a pinch. They don't charge rock- bottom prices, but you darn well get what you pay for.

Owner Dennis Woodard is very knowledgeable and honest. His mechanics are efficient and friendly. They work on anything- even my Checker. OK, so they're located in the high rent district so you might find a cheaper deal in the 'burbs - but you won't find better service.

This station has serviced our cars {mainly Mercedes} over the years, 15, and have nothing but the highest of praise for everyone. Their main mechanic, Denaldo Biggastini, is the most gifted foreign car technician I have ever witnessed. Possibly his European descent allows him a better understanding of the European cars, but whatever it is, they are by far the best.

I am a female customer and have taken several different cars in to be worked on by Woodward. Once I thought the ignition cylinder (might have wrong term here) needed to replaced because it would lock up and the key would not turn and Woodward suggested putting a few drops of oil in before replacing it and to stop using a key ring loaded down by a dozen heavy keys. They did this at no charge and it worked perfectly for the next 3 years I owned the car. They could have replaced it and charged me and I would have never known the difference. Another time the computer in our newly purchased used BMW said the rear brakes needed to be replaced. I took the car in fully expecting to pay for replacing the brakes. Imagine my surprise when they called and told me the brakes were brand new and that the computer just needed to be reset. Very honest mechanics, nice, friendly and reasonable prices. Can't beat it!
