Accurate diagnosis--more than most shops! Excellent success. I do much of my own work, but I send family here, and bring work I can't diagnose or do myself. Typically 3 days for repairs, however. We wait that long because it's done right first time.

This summer we moved from St. Louis. Richey's garage is one of the things I will miss. Richey, Tom & Shawn, et al are great! I'm not mechanical but they never talked down to me. They explained everything clearly before working on our cars, completed repairs on time or ahead of schedule, and backed up their work. I never worried about them recommending unnecessary repairs or charging too much for work. I hope we can find a shop like Richey's in our new location.

I had a pesky oil leak on my car that had been driving me crazy. They fixed the major leak and even spotted a second minor leak and fixed that as well. They then degreased and cleaned up the mess from the leak. I was very satisfied.
