Roger Hurst is one of those rare mechanics still around who can listen to a car engine and and tell what minor adjustments need to be made for best performance. However, his shop is equipped with all the tools necessary for today's sophisticated imports. What I like most about Roger's service, besides being done competently, is the pre- work estimate and an itemized printout of all parts and the service that was actually completed.

Roger Hurst, the owner, has a brand new location that is high tech and probably more up to date than most car dealers. He is honest, a superb mechanic and demands excellence from his employee mechanics..who are all certified mechanics. I have recommended several friends to his shop and who are all extremely impressed with his professionalism, his shop and his work.I have been his customer for over 30 years, always driving a foreign made vehicle,and he has rescued me in several situations where my car failed to start.

Owners are very knowledgeable about cars, with many years of experience. Strong customer-service focus. Shop floor clean enough to eat off of. The shop, the philosphy and the management are simply top rate.

I can't say enough about Roger and Carol Hurst. They started out as mechanics and over the past ten years have become friends. This year alone they've saved me close to $1,000 in car care. Cheapest oil changes in town because they want you to come back, not so they can stiff you a one time charge. They only do imports, but they do them well and if they screw up they eat the cost. If they can't get you the part as cheap as someone else can, they'll drive your car to the someone else and have it done there. See what I mean?

Roger and Carol Hurst are the owner/operators of this import car repair service. I have taken my Toyotas there for many years for scheduled maintenance and other repairs such as brakes, clutches, etc. I drive my cars on average 175,000 to 200,000 miles. I have yet to be stranded with a mechanical failure. Roger can drive a car and tell you more about its condition than most mechanics can with sophisticated diagnostics. He always looks for the best value when parts are needed. In fact, if I had any extra money, I think I would ask Roger to manage it for me.

Roger Hurst, the owner of Hurst Imports, has the ability to just listen to an engine and evaluate its performance better than many mechanics with sophisticated diagnostic equipment.

My muffler was rattling around. The owner diagnosed the problem over the phone and said that he probably could not fix it but he could patch it up enough to get me through the weekend and told me who to get in touch for the muffler work.

Work that I had done would have cost more at a dealership and not have been done any better. In other words at this shop you save on parts and labor.
