I have been taking my cars to John at Lake Chesterfield Atou Care for the last 7 years. I have never, to my knowledge, been taken advantage of, or slighted in any way. There have been several occasions where John has recommended that I not get an unecessary repair. That in itself is reason enough for me to keep coming back. Jeremy
