I came to Jeff Petersen repair after Kennedy Transmission told me, with out letting me re-tet drive my car that I needed to replace the entire transmission. They changed the transmission fluid and filter, and told me that the gears their was still transmission trouble. I took the car to Jeff Petersen's Repair and they informed me that the car was fixed and there was no chage to look at it. Additionally, this repair show never has surpized me with "extras" not included in the estimate and they always show me the part that they've removed from my car and honesty answer my questions even when I don't get it repaired. They let you know when they see additional wear on various parts of the car (belts and such, I have an old Ford Taurus) and give advice about wheter not fixing sometihng that is on its way out will cost me extra if I wait untill its more damaged. For example, a small hole in my ehaust, they tell me its there and show it to me, and warn me of instances that may alert me about that small hole becomming a larger issue. FANTASTIC! I have never felt poorly about a single dollar I have spent there!
