Prices are VERY reasonable for quality work. The shop (an old gas station) is UNimpressive, to say the least. On my first visit, about 10 years ago, my initial impression was "Do you really want to leave your car in this mess?" I probably would have turned around and left except that they had been highly recommended by a co-worker whose knowledge of and experience with cars I respected. I've had two transmissions rebuilt here and a third time, when I thought I had major problems, they sent me away after $35 worth of tweaking solved the problem. I'm male and don't know from personal experience how they treat women but they seem like reasonable guys.
