Ed and the crew have always been helpful. When I had an old Volvo 240, there were several times that Ed volunteered fixit info, rather than simply adding it to the tab.

Great guys, great service, not the cheapest but get the job done right, highly recommended.

I found this shop here on Car Talk where they'd been given a good review, and they have really measured up. They're right downtown near a bunch of main bus lines, a plus in my book. Nobody working there seems to be stupid, hooray, and all the staff whom I've interacted with have been unfailingly knowledgeable, courteous, dependable, communicative, and friendly. Always. They actually return calls if they've promised to do so, and return them promptly. (Once they even called a few days after they fixed my buggy to ask how things were!) When they call back with a dignosis, they don't drag it out with a lot of annoying preamble to soften the blow, but get right to the point. They have NEVER treated me like a DUMB GIRL. AND, perhaps MOST importantly, they didn't put the driver's seat WA-A-A-AY back and leave it there, or change my radio station! Altogether a respectful and competent bunch, and a swell shop.

Ed and his crew used to work on both my old Volvo 240s and now they look after my old Subaru Legacy (which sees them much less often). Always fair and fast. They even showed me how to fix some stuff myself.

Very friendly and knowledgable. Tells me what maintenance will be needed next time and when new tires are needed. Gives clear, understandable explanations of repairs. Answers phone promptly and very helpful when calling in with a problem. Plus, knows the good inexpensive places to eat nearby!

Ed and his staff are the best. They always do the job right the first time, they are reasonably priced and they are honest. I've recommeded them to friends and family and would recommend them to anyone who was looking for a great car repair service!
