I've always tried to maintain my own cars, but there are some things I won't touch or times I don't know what I'm doing(my wife says thats most of the time). I've found Byron to be honest about repairs to my car. Although the shop is small, three bays, the repairs are good and he doesn't see to hunt for other things to fix.

I took my Chev Lumina ('98) in with noisy brakes thinking the pads needed replacement. They inspected the brakes and found about 20,000 miles of wear remaining. They could have replaced the pads and charged me, but must not have had a boat payment due.

They are honest and do not over charge or find things that
do not need fixing

They get the work done quickly, but the vehicle may sit in
the lot for quite a while until the desk attendant calls
you at the end of the day to let you know your car is
done. Or they have you bring it in, but it may sit there
for a day until they get to it. Which is understandable,
but if I need the car for work, and it is a minor thing
that wouldn't warrant it sitting on the lot until the next
day, that's a bit inconvenient. Otherwise I'm very
satisfied with the quality of work done.
