I have been going to Jeff for the last several years for both my (former) Voyager and my wife's Mazda. It turns out that many people I work with have been there as well and I, in turn, have recommended him to many friends. I haven't heard of any problems from them either. And, as an added bonus, he has sent me a couple of gift certificates as a result of the "referrals" (but I wouldn't consider that a bribe). He gets the problem diagnosed quickly and has solved every problem on the first try! He isn't necessarily the cheapest guy, but you know that what he does is necessary and done right. Can't say that for some other places I have been. Finally, he is just a nice guy, offering free advice to both customers and even other shops. And he supports the local youth sports teams.

I have to agree with everything in the survey. Jeff's has always given me great service. I am very picky about the mechanical condition of my cars, I really baby them. My Probe had a tiny coolant leak that I had been unable to pinpoint. Jeff's put the car on a pressure test for 3 hours to finally find a tiny leak coming from the thermostat gasket. Jeff's only charged me for 1 hour labor including the gasket replacement, when I am sure many shops would have tried to charge for the 3 hours it was on the pressure tester. When I sold the Probe, I was unable to find the receipt for the timing belt replacement. Jeff's faxed me a new copy without any questions, despite the fact this was months after the work had been done.

When you have an unexpected problem with your vehicle it will immediately change your day or week depending on the severity of the situation. I am a small business owner and my van is an essential tool. Whenever I have had a problem and called Jeff, he has always responded immediately. Whether it be a tow or helpful advice, he has always been there when my patience and time are wearing thin. No matter how busy they may be, Jeff and his mechanics have always addressed and solved the problem in a very timely manner at a fair price. Quality work done with integrity is often difficult to find, especially in the automotive industry. If you want a good mechanic, I'd give them a try.

Jeff does great work. His prices are fair and he lets you know if there is an increase in his quote before he does the work. He never does work which is not necessary. It is great to have a mechanic you can trust!
