Mike is a great mechanic. I remember before he bought bought the shop, he worked at a Dodge/Chrysler dealer and had some friends at another garage. If his friends couldn't figure out what the problem was, they took it to Mike. He is excellent at diagnosing the problem and rarely if ever uses the shotgun approach.
