Stan Stier is the service rep to see!!!! He is wonderful at explaining problems and remidies. He will even let you know if the repair is really needed now. He has consistantly beat others prices and the work is GM warrantied.

Have had my crappy 97 Tahoe in ther many times. They always explained in great detail what was going on, and the price quoted is usually more that what it turns out to be - I know this is a easy jedi mind trick, but it works every time - nice to see a bill less than what you thought it was. They have given me discounts for repairing something they fixed two years ago - they have a one year parts garentee, which is nice, and they gave me a break even though it was a year past the garantee. When their price is high, I've been reffered to the local national chain shop to get a fix - i.e. my catalitic converter was throwing SES codes - they scanned it and told me that they charge too much for the part, and I'd be better off going to Car X....

The shop where we used to have our Chev. p.u. fleet serviced changed owners and changed competancy also. They charged me a bunch of money and still couldnt fix my problem. The Harold guys fixed it right away. Their courtesy driver guy is a really nice older gentleman. I also went in once when I had on my old dirty, torn, construction duds on and was still treated like a suburbanite in a suit, even though I have long hair and look sort of scruffy.
