Dan and his staff are very friendly and helpful. This is the only shop I have ever been to where I can trust them totally with my cars. They are very thorough with their explanations and if they don't think you need a repair, they will let you know. They stand behind their work and if there is a doubt about warantee, they will usually warantee it out. I never worry that they are going to rip me off or take advantage of my lack of knowledge. They add in any discounts they can when possible. Where else can you call up your mechanic, give him your first name and he knows who you are and what your car is and what the problems have been on that car in the past? They are great, and I recommend them to all of my friends.

I have mixed feelings about this shop. They did an oil change on my VW and used the wrong sized washer and it leaked oil - but they fixed the problem. They also did a brake job on my wife's car and the brake's were squeaking loudly after they did the job - but they replaced the pads they put in, with ceramic pads(they intially put in cheap ones I guess) and now it works fine. They are very nice, easy to get ahold of and they expalin things. However, I have had a problem with them getting things right the first time, and a brake job and oil change are pretty basic work
