We could not get the headlights to turn off so we called
Norm and realized he would be closed or closing. He was
closed but still in the station....he said bring it in and
we did. He took care of the problem for us and we really
appreciated the "After Hours" service.

Had a front end alignment at a shop out of our area; they
said I should get new upper and lower ball joints. With
120,000 + miles on my 2006 Durango, I thought it sounded
reasonable, so I took it to Norm's. Norm gave me an estimate
of about $300-$350 per wheel. Norm had the Durango over the
weekend. I called to see if it was ready. Norm
said: "You've got very little play on the front end, we
checked it out, and we don't think you need ball joints
yet, check back in a year or so"!!! NO CHARGE!!!
