After multiple unsuccessful repair attempts by other Ford dealers, Pat Milliken
Ford took the time to:
a) understand my problem and write up a repair order using the exact
terminology that I used to describe it. No paraphrasing, abbreviating,
changing adjectives or adverbs.....VERBATIM.
b) road test the vehicle to confirm that they heard/felt the same thing that I
described.
c) replaced the defective parts without trying to convince me that "they're all
like that" or telling me that "I don't feel/hear anything"
d) contacted me on a daily basis to let me know the status of my repair.
I take all of the above to be reasonable expectations, but they are almost
impossible to find in the local dealerships. Pat Milliken stands out from the
rest as a dealer that really wants my repeat business.

After buying a new car from them I returned the next day un
announced with a low tire. The service tech determined it
was cut on the side wall by a sharp object. Now this could
have happened on their lot or in my travels they however
replaced the bad tire with a new one in less than an hour
with no charge.
