We bought a 2004 Lexus RX330 salvage vehicle from his shop on EBay (light damage to front end) and agreed upon a fixed repair price. Our repairman, Eugene restored the vehicle to perfect condition. We've been driving it for 6 months and it performs and looks like a new vehicle. The paint job is suberb. Eugene communicated the necessary repairs and answered all questions in detail. He does have an accent which can make it a little harder to understand over the phone, but he goes the extra mile!

Very knowledgable especially about the Prius, and can do it all - from an oil change to brakes, to body and paint. Limited experience with them, but all good so far.

February 2010. I bought a Toyota Matrix with only a few thousand miles on it from them a little less than a year ago. They seem to buy damaged cars from rental companies and repair them and resell them. The price was fair and so far my daughter, for whom I purchased it, has had no problems from Spectrum's work, although she has had two warranty issues that a dealer handled, and we're waiting for the real fix for this Toyota accelerator problem. I am in Dayton, Ohio, Spectrum is in Detroit, and the car is in St. Louis. Eugene seems to be very honest. I am considering buying another car from him.
