The first time I went to this shop, I was a little nerveous because being female I always feel like I'm getting ripped off. Mike was so friendly and pretty much told me I didn't need the repairs that I was told I needed, that it could wait. How many times have you heard that at a shop? I went back again when I had a car problem and it was taken care of and Mike took the time to explain everything that was done and showed me my old part and even let me look at the new part on my car. What a relief to finally find an honest guy who takes the time to explain and show me what has been done. I felt like it didn't matter that I was a female, he was treating me like a human being. I will not go anywhere else, I highly recommend!!

Always honest! Good people to work with and always a smile when you walk through the door.

Mike is a nice, honest guy. He always takes the time to show you the old parts on your vehicle and explain what they need to repair. He on multiple times has made a repair list for me of things that should be priority and things that can wait. I find this great for my budget as I don't always have the money to fix everything at once. He has even helped me on the side of the road which I consider to be above and beyond the call of duty. I recommend them to everyone!

I went to Mike's after reading reviews on this website and I was not disappointed. I am a single woman living far from family, so when anything goes wrong with my car, I freak out. From the initial phone call to the actual service of my car, people here were exceptionally nice. Someone described Mike as "honest" and that was definitely my first impression of him and his staff. My repair was minor, (2 broken wind shield wipers due to a slab of ice sliding off the hood of my car); I had no appointment but they fit me in their schedule the same afternoon without much trouble since I was very anxious about being caught in the snow w/o the use of my wipers. Again, my repair was minor, but I was incredibly relieved and grateful and I got such a strong sense that these were "good people" I had to write a review.

I never had a problem with any of the work they had done on my car. They are very nice and will talk through all the things you should get done and what they plan to do. In one case my car old car was shot and all i wanted them to do was fix it enough to keep it running, they put their two cents in about what should be done but were ok with only fixing the problems from keeping it running (taking my safety into consideration as well). Mike is one of the nicest guys I've met and remembered me each time I came in.

Called and was able to have an appointment the same day. Was told they appreciated my business and shook my hand after the work was completed.

I actually found Mike on this website and would highly recommend him. I actually enjoy doing my own car repairs whenever I can, however some repairs are beyond my skill level and time. That is when I take it to Mike and his team.
