This shop was recommended to me by a Snap-On dealer and I was not disappointed. Lots of shops end up with estimates and actual costs that do not match for a variety of reasons. I had the steering rack replaced on my 1989 BMW 325 iX and the cost was $100 LESS than the quote because Jeff had found another supplier that was cheaper than the original quote. I think this speaks volumes for their honesty.

They have worked on both my Toyota Highlander and my Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. Always fair, always fixing only what needs to be fixed. They did mess-up my emergency brake cable on my oldsmobile. Everytime there was an issue -- they had me come to the shop immediately - 8am or 5:30pm, and would work it until they found the issue. Then didn't charge me for the parts to get it right. That's service, they took care of me at no charge and did it immediately. Been going since 2000 and will continue with all my cars. They work on everything ... Benz, BMW, US Brands, Japanese.

This shop replaced starter on my 97 Dodge Avenger. While driving my car - the mechanic noticed another issue that was caused during the replacement of starter. He diagnosed and repaired the second issue very quickly and at no charge. I was most impressed with his honestly and willingness to fix the mistake before sending me off on my way. This shop is fairly busy and for not having an appointment - I was pleased to have my car back within a couple days. This last item is a bit off the wall - but makes a big impact on someone like me who wants the $ breakdown on my auto receipts. Part number, mechanic name (or initials if more than one mechanic is repairing) - exact time for labor, and mechanic signed compliance certification are all listed on the receipt in addition to other useful items for record.
