I am impressed about the shop's knowledge on the maintenance
items that are required for my vehicle. I previously went
to the dealership since I figured that the dealership would
be knowledgeable of my car's maintenance schedule. But the
maintenance recommendations of the Honda Dealer in Kalamazoo
regularly conflicted with the maintenance items in my owners
manual. I haven't had any sort of problems that have needed
attention, but Flying Dog has taken care of all of my needs.
I will keep going there as my 2004 Element will need more
attention than just the regular maintenance stuff.

I took my baby (2009 CRV) in for its second recommended
service. I just moved to the area so I had to find a new place
to take my car. Greg and the Flying Dog Garage were great. The
repairs were finished in half the time I thought they would
take, and Greg answered all my questions. They actually
checked things before they serviced them. The waiting room was
also nice, with refreshments and magazines. I'll definitely go
there the next time the orange wrench comes on.
