Kudos to Auto Analyst. I've taken my Integra there for several maintenance/age related issues. They are always able to get my car in within a reasonable timeframe, can take me to work if I want, and always call with an estimated price before starting repairs. Last week, I had them replace my exhaust manifold (waa waa) -part price was cheaper than expected, they were able to weld another part, and even came in under expected delivery time. They also rotated my tires and fixed an annoying noise with my heat shield for free. The best part is, I'm a female, and they don't treat me like I'm a dummy about cars (although they shouldn't-because I'm not:)

I've tried 4 different dealerships here in Kalamazoo and Portage, Michigan. 2 were the dealerships that the vehicles were bought. All of them were rude, treated me like a "Woman" and all out not nice people. I was getting my oil changed at a nationally known chain (where they treat me like a customer) and asked the manager where he takes his car and he said to go down the road to "Auto Analyst". The guys there aren't only nice to everyone, their dog is one of the sweetest in the universe. They also use their own cars to take customers where they need to go. They don't use other customers cars and their small enough to not need a special vehicle.
